Someone gave me the starter, but I failed to make bread (thankfully because I got fat eating bread - not candy).

I absolutely loved your "ordinary" post below. (Sorry, I'm so behind on reading blogs - busy weekend, and Monday and Tuesday were non-stop).

OMG, do NOT send that my way. Bread, and esp. anything cinnamon related, is my downfall. I polished off two mini loaves of quick bread over the past two days (one pumpkin, the other banana bread). The ladies at our church make them every year, and I can't just buy one or two, I buy 20, and then proceed to eat a couple each weekend. I finished the last of it yesterday, so at least that's gone now.

You know, I am so just going to try to maintain the rest of the year. It's too freaking hard to do anything else right now. You'll probably be okay on week 3... like you said, just try and see. I forget how fast you are running, but if you are struggling with the running part, try slowing down. You might feel like you're just above walking, but that's okay. Slow is better when you start. I think I was running at 4.5 and 4.7 mph when I was 200 pounds and just starting C25k. A little over a year later, with consistent running and significant weight loss, I can run at 5.7 all the way up to 6.3 mph (at least for a little bit). But I started slow, and just kept going and building a base.

Hope you are having a good week so far.
